Swooz — Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the Swooz mobile game ("Swooz", "we", "us") collects and why. We keep data collection to what the game needs to work. You can play as a guest without creating an account.

1. Information we collect

• Account info (only if you sign in with Google): your email address, display name, and Google account identifier. Guest play does not collect these.
• Profile you provide: a username, a country you select, and your in-game cosmetic choices.
• Gameplay data: levels, scores, virtual-item ownership, leaderboard and league standings, friends, and messages you send in in-game chat.
• Purchases: records of in-app purchases and subscriptions. Payment is handled by Google Play; we receive only the purchase receipt to grant your items.
• Advertising identifier: used by Google AdMob to show ads in the game.
• Usage & device analytics: app events, device model, OS and app version, and session data, via Amazon Web Services (AWS Pinpoint).

2. How we use it

• Run the game, save your progress, and enable multiplayer, friends, and leaderboards.
• Show ads and process in-app purchases and subscriptions.
• Understand usage so we can fix issues and improve the game.
• Send notifications you have opted into.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is needed with the service providers that power the game:

• Google — ads (AdMob), payments (Google Play Billing), and sign-in. See the Google Privacy Policy.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — app backend, data storage, and analytics. See the AWS Privacy Notice.

4. Your choices

• Play as a guest to avoid providing account information.
• Turn off Share Analytics in the app's Settings.
• Reset or limit ad personalisation in your device's Google/ad settings.

5. Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. To request access to or deletion of your data, email us (see Contact). We will delete your account data within 30 days, except where we must keep records (for example, purchase records) to meet legal obligations.

6. Security

Your data is stored on AWS and protected with industry-standard security measures.

7. All ages

Swooz is intended for players of all ages. We only collect the limited data described above. If you are a parent or guardian and would like your child's data removed, contact us and we will remove it.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and update the date above.
